Gillett & Sibert is pleased to announce the release of a new model of their Tropical Medicine Microscope featuring high quality optics and 20 watt LED illumination.

The Series 10 meets the exacting demands of present day microscopy when used in tropical environments and can operate from mains electricity or from an inbuilt maintenance free lead acid battery which is charged during normal laboratory use. When fully charged

As an optional extra a solar panel or car cigarette cable can be provided to charge the battery. The LED life expectancy before replacement is ten thousand hours.

The microscope package includes 80 colour plates with text to assist laboratory staff and primary health workers to diagnose tropical diseases microscopically.
